Mine, Yours and Ours: Twilight premiere

Yes, i got tickets to watch twilight today. :) I found it amazing that the cinemas were sooo empty that i could pick really good seats.

Anyway, for our FIRST post spm outing, it was Aemilia, Alia, Emily and i at 1 utama for our favourite and very anticipated movie. One important note to remember was that all of us went in expecting nothing much from the show, only happy at the fact that we got to see our favourite couple acting it out on screen.

So popcorn ready, we went in and found ourselves really really liking it.

Okay, my honest opinion would be that the movie felt extremely rushed and they could have made the flow of the story abit more smoother. Another point that pissed me off was that the stupid censorship board ruined Twilight with their exceptionally idiotic cuts. I will send them a stinkbomb tomorrow for sure. Also, i thought rosalie was bad. I mean, of ALL the sexy blond actresses of america and britain, you chose her? >_>

Plus, be aware of screaming girls. They scream at Edward, Jasper and Jacob whenever they appear. Really crazy. (I thought Taylor Lautner as Jacob was a smart pick. He looks so fitting.)

But on the bright side and definitely for the most important part, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart really did an amazing job. They gelled extremely well together, all 4 of us agree. The scenes they used from the book (obviously they cant put everything in) were good picks. All 4 of us agreed for sure that this show is definitely better than expected. With the added humor, it made it all a little more interesting as a story by itself rather than it being based on a novel.

Honest to God, i liked it very much. Hey, it's Edward Cullen in the flesh acting out your favourite scenes in the screen in front of you. What is there for the Twilight lover not to like?

Non-twilight readers might find the movie abit choppy but im sure as heck everybody will fall for Edward Cullen. For sure. All over again. Edward's popularity will grow 3-fold, Robert will become everybody's favourite actor and the book will sell more than ever.

My rating for this show: 8.5/10

This is one movie i will definitely spend my nights watching. Too bad they had no Edward Cullen cup on promotion. Haha. We were making jokes about that.

Anyway, GO WATCH it. Its a good show.
