Fish can pull your arm off. Really.

Well, if You read properly i said i was going for a fishing trip... which i did on Sunday. 2 good friends of my dad's bought this gigantic piece of land with several lakes inside for fishing. 20+ acres, wtf. The drive took us about an hour and a half. It was in Gopeng, at a place called Lawan Kuda haha.

They obviously had their own batch of kids but only Nigel came. He really looks like a carbon copy of Quang. Tall, dark and skinny (Sorry quang you arent handsome). So these guys are all avid fishers and the way they threw the line was so cool. It goes really far and super straight. I was crap at first will the line but i got the hang of throwing it pretty far after a few tries :)

Not to mention, alot of fish bit on my bait (only bread, not worms). It was crazy. There were several times these huge ass 1kg+ carps pull on me and my hand gets so painful and red. It's madness but its pretty fun nevertheless. We released them after unless they're 2.5kg above. And hey, dont underestimate the strength of a damn carp 30 times less your own body weight. They really can pull. People like Quang with absolutely no arm strength will fall in for sure.

I really did surprise myself with this. I mean, i'd never thought i'd enjoy it that much. It was kind of hot but we had shade so it didnt bother me much. Plus after our barbeque lunch, these tiny spitz dogs came out from the other side. They are so adorable. Supposedly put there to be guard dogs but i doubt anyone being scared of them; being short-legged and extremely cute. Owh well.

We were going to have a great big dinner with some of the huge fishes they caught but we had to go off early for an unplanned wedding dinner in Shangri-La. Hmph.

Fishing trip another time for sure.

And btw i went for my results + speaking test yesterday at 10 and i did the best! So now there arent any extra subjects for me to take. Hurray :)

Owh right... and HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY PATEL NIRAJ YAGNESHKUMAR!

:)

Enjoy being 18. Please, you and kah fai better wait for me first to celebrate ok.
